Flashback to Kansas State University, spring of 2015. End-of-year career fair, and I was feeling good. A couple interviews lined up for the next day and Aggieville calling for lunch.

On my way out I saw the Amazon logo on a booth. Nobody was standing there, so I thought, what the heck.

That conversation kick started my entire career. Amazon Area Manager, launching a new fulfillment center in Gardner, Kansas. Then CHEP, where I've worked across Operations, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Logistics, and Commercial Sales.

One heck of a journey that nobody hands you a road map for.

That's why I created SCM Career Hub. Not to convince anyone this is the only path, but to make sure it's on the table, and to hand people the road map nobody handed me.
